Services
jAdvertisement provides sponsored email advertising placements, campaign review, basic formatting support, scheduling, and available post-send reporting. Placement availability, rates, timing, and deliverables must be confirmed in writing before a campaign is accepted.
Advertiser responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, offers, claims, pricing, deadlines, creative assets, landing pages, legal approvals, and required disclosures. A valid business identity, contact path, and mailing address may be required before a campaign is accepted.
Campaign standards
We do not support deceptive offers, false claims, misleading sender identity, phishing, malware, harvested data, spam, or campaigns that violate applicable law or sending-platform policies. jAdvertisement may reject, revise, pause, or cancel a campaign that does not meet these standards.
Subscribers and contact lists
Advertisers are buying an advertising placement, not a subscriber list. Subscriber email addresses are not sold to advertisers.
Performance
Email advertising results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on the offer, creative, timing, audience fit, inbox behavior, platform rules, recipient feedback, and other factors outside our control.
